By this order, on the basis of USSR KGB resolutions, KGB groups of fast reaction shall be established in the major cities of Lithuania, and they should be used for special circumstances to defend KGB buildings, operational employees, and documents. A list of the employees, appointed to the operational groups, is also provided.
