Seeking to protect the strategically important objects, classified works from foreigners, KGB subdivisions are encouraged to make a plan of protection measures and submit the following information: statistical data about foreigners, whose behaviour is suspicious, visiting sites close to those objects, their professions, frequency of visits, reasons and the number of answers by years for foreigners to visit the regions, news of foreign special services about the regime objects, events, changes, which could focus attention and reveal the real purpose of that object and general counter-intelligence actions in ensuring the secuirity of information.
