By this letter the KGB subdivisions are obligated to collect information on the legal and illegal oriental martial arts clubs, located in the territories under their service, and attempts of the public organizations to attract their members into their activities. Seeking to obtain that information and to control them it is urged to infiltrate agents into those groups.
