The document describes the operation of the Investigation Department in 1975. Attention is devoted to the alleged “state criminals”, i.e. dissidents, publishers of the Chronicle of the Catholic Church in Lithuania. Arrest of the well-known Russian dissident S. Kovaliov is reviewed.
